Booty booty booty! DAY 2 / 10 min side booty workout is gonna work on those side glutes helping you to shape and form them. I´ve designed this workout plan to help you get closer to your dream legs. With good diet and by sticking to the plan you will be able to see results in 3 to 4 weeks. On each day we will be focusing on different areas of our lower body including our low back, glutes and thighs. the workout routines are all about toning and tightening our trouble areas such as thighs and really giving a good lift to that booty! We will complete 5 short workout videos from Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday are rest days. And from Monday we start again with day 1. Please make sure to warm up before the workout to prevent injury and stay safe during the exercise.
