First you have to understand that your scoliosis (and mine) is not flexible. It is set in its ways. Therefore, your scoliosis will not easily side-bend away from its original curve. In my opinion, side-bending is a very advanced exercise for scoliosis. It's easy to side bend if you are after a feel-good exercise (and I encourage that!) but to create change, use the advice that is here for you. The advice stands on the shoulders of those who are lot smarter than I and who understand the inflexible ways of scoliosis and that certain coaxing needs to occur to get our curves to curve the other way.
