We will also study solid loading, pressure drop, velocity change using adsorption process. In this lecture, you will learn how to remove water vapors from ethanol water mixture using adsorbent Zeolite 3A. Zeolite is an excellent adsorbent for dehumanization process. It is usually used in food, pharmaceutical and other industries where moisture and relative humidity is quite high. Zeolite attract water molecules easily due its pore size and functional group.
