How to Prepare Triangle Paratha Recipe | Bengali Famous soft Paratha INGREDIENTS: Plain flour - 2 cups, Oil - 1/3 cup (frying and making the dough), Salt to taste, Water as per requirement, METHOD: For the dough mix plain flour, salt and 2 tbsp of oil in a mixing bowl. Slowly add water and mix them, make a semi-soft dough. Keep a side for 30-40 mins. Make some balls with the dough. take a ball and roll it into round and flat or roti shape. Apply 1/2 tsp of oil all over the roti then fold it into semi-circle shape. Again apply 1/3 tsp of oil all over the semi-circle then fold it into triangle shape. Stick the corners, press the triangle and try to stretch it. Roll it with a rolling pin and make a perfect triangle shape. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan/tawa put the paratha and fry the both sides until light brown. Serve with curry.
