I tried to do a 30-day 1 minute (or more) everyday for 30 days and I've got realistic results. Helped me a lot in my pursuit to lose weight (81 kgs as of May 2021) so I could be more healthy and fit. The time I finished the 30-day challenge, I lost about 10 kgs already. I do not claim that this improvement was due to planking alone. Planking was a big part of it. But I also did some healthy stuff at home: short exercises, push-ups, proper diet (low-carb), intermittent fasting (16/8), lots of water, no soft drinks, etc. All in all, I can say that all these things worked for me and I love the results.
