Ingredients: 1 medium onion, diced 8 oz ham steak, diced 32 oz bag frozen diced potatoes 1 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup 1 32 oz carton chicken broth salt & pepper to taste cayenne pepper to taste 1/4 cup heavy cream Directions: Saute onion (optional).
