This is my current gym routine while I'm in Kenya Training Camp! 🇰🇪 I’ve traveled to "The RUN'IX Athletic Center", in the village of Iten, high up in the Rift Valley at an altitude of 2,400 meters ⛰️, and 450 kilometers from Nairobi. Although I change the routine every six weeks to target posible weaknesses on my body and improve my running, this are the actual exercises I'm doing.
