EP 20 :IKAN ASAM REBUS - CHEF DAVE #sehijauramadan2026 #chefdaveveganjourney Masa Penyediaan: 10 minit Masa memasak:15 minit Hidangan:2-4 pax Resipi Bahan kisar: 1 biji bawang besar 3 biji cili merah Cili padi (ikut tahap kepedasan) 1 inci halia 1 inci kunyit hidup 1 inci belacan Sedikit air Bahan lain: 1-2 batang serai(dititik) 4-5 keping ikan vegetarian 8 belimbing buluh Garam dan gula secukupnya Serbuk perasa secukupnya Sedikit daun kesum ½ Timun biasa(potong kecil) 1-2 asam keping Sedikit air Cara-cara : 1.Kisar halus semua bahan kisar. Ketepikan, 2.Dalam periuk, satukan bahan kisar, serai dan belimbing buluh .Biarkan ia mendidih dan reneh seketika. Perasakan dengan garam, gula & serbuk perasa. 3.Masukkan air, timun, ikan vegetarian, asam keping dan daun kesum. Reneh sehingga ikan masak. 4.Siap. Mudah dan pantas. Semestinya sedap IKAN ASAM REBUS Preparation Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 15 minutes Servings: 2–4 pax Recipe Blended Ingredients 1 onion 3 red chilies Bird’s eye chilies (adjust according to preferred spiciness) 1 inch ginger 1 inch fresh turmeric 1 inch vegetarian belacan A little water Other Ingredients 1–2 stalks lemongrass (tapped) 4–5 pcs vegetarian fish 8 bilimbi fruits Salt and sugar to taste Seasoning powder to taste A few daun kesum (Vietnamese coriander) leaves ½ cucumber (cut into small pieces) 1–2 slices tamarind slices A little water Cooking methods: 1.Blend all the blended ingredients until smooth. Set aside. 2.In a pot, combine the blended mixture, lemongrass, and bilimbi. Bring to a boil and let it simmer for a while. Season with salt, sugar, and seasoning powder. 3.Add some water, cucumber, vegetarian fish, tamarind slices, and daun kesum. Let it simmer until the vegetarian fish is cooked through. 4.Done! A quick and easy dish that’s definitely delicious.
