If you're brand new to this variation (like we were!), Dr. Davidson recommends putting them a bit later in your program due to their fatiguing and energy requiring nature. He also points out that you should start light to ensure you're aligning the hips correctly and not compensating in the hips, legs, and so forth to accommodate excessive load.
