Enjoy guys! -Brett WORKOUT DETAILS: *You can do this with our without an elevated surface *10 repetitions for each leg for all exercises *Make sure you are hydrated, and warmed-up before you start BEGINNERS: 3 ROUNDS ADVANCED: 5+ ROUNDS 1. LATERAL JUMPS ON AN ELEVATED SURFACE This will ignite a burn in your thighs, glutes, and obliques 2. KNEE-DRIVERS ON AN ELEVATED SURFACE This will ignite a burn in your thighs, glutes, and abs 3. KNEE-DRIVERS IN A STATIONARY STANCE This will ignite a burn in your thighs, flutes, lower-back, and abs 4. KNEE-DRIVER INTO SINGLE LEG JUMPS This will ignite a burn in all of your lower-body and core 5.
