STANDING AB WORKOUT •This is a 4-Part Ab Circuit Workout that hits very muscle in your core. •To complete 1 round you will need to do 4 sets of 25 reps for each exercise. •Recommended Rounds For Beginners: 3-5 •Recommended Rounds for Advanced: 10+ EXPLAINING THE MOVEMENTS: •Growing up an athlete, I was always kind of a goon. So once I started weight lifting and workout out for strength I needed to find workouts that best fit my body type. Along the way I always went with whatever workouts gave me the best burn and most consistent results. So as a nightly routine, I did these workouts in my mirror before bed. Then I started adding them into my ab routine at the gym for a filler workout in between sets. Now they are on YouTube for you guys to work with and adjust to your body types! •I don't really have a name for these exercises I kind of just took the form from regular ab movements and applied them while standing. Over time they became movements that just burned my core extensively and tired me out easily. •Your breathing technique is important. When your abs tense on the backend end of these movements, make sure you are exhaling with it to create more of a burn for your core, ' •Where you place your feet, and your hands plays a key role in the effectiveness of this workout. Being that I am tall, these movements might feel uncomfortable for anyone with a different body type. But that doesn't mean you can't do these workouts, you just have to find the form that fits your physical attributes best. WORKOUT TIPS: •To prevent your leg muscles from stealing your burn throughout this workout, have a strong stance and make sure you are focusing on using ONLY your core to move your body around for these movements. •If standing is something you don't want to do with these, you can perform this workout on your knees just make sure you keep good form.
