Project Title: Guardian 34th Anniversary: Celebrating a Legacy of Care Client: Guardian Indonesia (PT Hero Supermarket Tbk) Location: PT Hero Supermarket Tbk Headquarters, Bintaro Date: September 11, 2024 Overview On September 11, 2024, Simple Event Management brought the party to Bintaro! We organized the Internal Engagement Celebration for Guardian’s 34th Anniversary at the PT Hero Supermarket Tbk headquarters. This milestone event was designed to honor the brand's long-standing history and the employees who have built it. The Objective The goal was to create a high-energy, inclusive celebration that reinforced company pride and connection. Guardian needed an event that transformed their everyday office space into a festive environment where staff could relax, celebrate achievements, and look forward to the future together. The Execution Managing an office takeover requires creativity to maximize limited space. Office Activation: We utilized common areas and meeting spaces to host interactive games, photo booths, and food stations, ensuring the celebration was accessible to all employees without disrupting critical operations. Program Management: We curated a rundown of speeches, cake-cutting ceremonies, and employee recognition awards that balanced formal appreciation with fun, informal engagement. Internal Branding: The event decor and collateral reinforced the "34 Years of Care" theme, strengthening the internal brand identity. The Result The event successfully boosted morale and fostered a sense of unity across departments. Simple Event Management demonstrated that we can turn any office into a venue for celebration and connection.
