Get your YFL Home Brass Masala Dani right now - https://links.yflhome.com/yflhomemasa... or just visit www.yflhome.com Full written recipe of Dahi Waali Bhindi Prep time: 5-10 minutes Cooking time: 20-25 minutes Serves: 3-4 people Ingredients: LADY FINGER | भिंडी 250 GRAMS CURD | दही 1 CUP POWDERED SPICES SPICY RED CHILLI POWDER | तीखी लाल मिर्च पाउडर 1 TSP KASHMIRI RED CHILLI POWDER | कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर 2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER | हल्दी पाउडर 1/4 TSP GARAM MASALA | गरम मसाला A PINCH CUMIN POWDER | जीरा पाउडर 1/2 TSP CORIANDER POWDER | धनिया पाउडर 2 TSP SALT | नमक TO TASTE GRAM FLOUR | बेसन 1 TBSP (OPTIONAL) MUSTARD OIL | सरसों का तेल 1-2 TBSP CUMIN SEEDS | जीरा 1/2 TSP ASAFOETIDA | हींग 1/4 TSP ONION | प्याज़ 2 MEDIUM SIZED. (CHOPPED) GARLIC | लहसुन 1 TBSP (CHOPPED) GINGER | अदरक 1 TBSP (CHOPPED) GREEN CHILLI | हरी मिर्च 2 NOS. (CHOPPED) HOT WATER | गरम पानी AS REQUIRED OIL | तेल 1 TBSP GINGER | अदरक 1 INCH (JULIENNE) GREEN CHILLI | हरी मिर्च 2 NOS. (SLIT) SALT | नमक A PINCH LEMON JUICE | नींबू का रस 1 TSP ROASTED KASURI METHI POWDER | भुनी कसूरी मेथी का पाउडर A PINCH FRESH CORIANDER | हरा धनिया A HANDFUL (CHOPPED) SUGAR | शक्कर A PINCH Method: Wash & wipe the lady finger thoroughly, make sure that they don’t have a single drop of water on them. Then cut the tops & tip, make a slit to check if it’s fresh & then cut it into half, cut all the lady fingers similarly. Add all the powdered spices into the curd along with the salt, gram flour & whisk it until it becomes smooth & lump-free, set it aside. Set a kadhai over high flame, add the oil & let it get hot. Add cumin seeds, asafoetida, onion, garlic, ginger & green chilli, stir well & cook over high flame until the onions turn golden brown. Then lower the flame & add the curd mixture, stir continuously over low flame for a minute, then switch the flame to high & cook until the oil gets separated. Once the oil gets separated, add hot water to adjust the consistency, the gravy should be semi thin, lower the flame at this stage or you can also switch it off. Place a pan on a separate stove over high flame, add oil & let it get hot. Add ginger, green chilli & cut lady fingers, stir well & cook over high flame for 3-4 minutes, then add lemon juice & stir. Add the cooked ladyfingers into the, switch on the flame to high, add kasuri methi powder, fresh coriander & sugar, stir well cook for 1-2 more minutes.
