Amtrak 160 "Pepsi Can" Heritage Leads the #7 Empire Builder on 6/26/22

The star of the night was the "Pepsi Can" Dash 8 Phase III heritage unit leading the #7 Empire Builder westbound on BNSF's Hi Line Sub running 19 minutes late. This is only my third Amtrak heritage unit and my first one leading, so I was very glad to catch this and with a good backdrop. I didn't realize until looking back at the video a week later that some other railfans showed up for five minutes at the next crossing, and of course they got a horn show while I got nothing. At the end, the EB Q-Train started creeping up before stopping again. Unbeknownst to me until 12 days later, CoasterFan2105 himself was one of the people down at the next crossing after a day of chasing this across Montana.
