After the largest dam removal in history, we travel to the Klamath River in Northern California and Southern Oregon to see some of the places where the river's renewal is taking place. After the source in Klamath Falls, Oregon, we visit Keno to see the furthest downstream dam still remaining and then the former site of the John C. Boyle Dam and Reservoir, which is free now and healing after over 100 years of being held back. When we arrive at the Pacific Ocean and see the mouth of the Klamath, we then have the honor of being guests in traditional redwood dugout canoes made by the Yurok Tribe. They graciously share so much of their knowledge of the river, which they have lived on since time immemorial.
