This bread is a go to when it comes to my ladies coffees, or to have fresh out of the oven when the grandkids are coming and they will need breakfast. We all love it. We love it as Banana Bread (just like the recipe), as Zucchini Bread (with shredded zucchini and added cinnamon, cloves and allspice), as well as Apple Bread (with canned apples and apple pie spice).
