Therefore, conducting systematic research regarding health impact assessment can bring health equity concerns into conversation within a structured framework, & highlight methodological considerations & community concerns to reduce health inequalities. This study examines qualitative research based on thematic analysis & grounded theory to identify accurate patterns of obtained qualitative data, methodical assessment results, & employs more structured coding phases to elaborate a bridge between theory to practice & deliver an accurate definition of health equity science that can be beneficial for vulnerable rural populations. This approach allows health initiatives & practices to extend beyond merely documenting & reporting health inequalities, facilitating informed action planning considering the aspects of prevention & intervention to integrate health equity planning. In this qualitative research, multiple semi-structured interviews & questionnaire discussions were conducted by reaching out to the chosen data sources in Loudiana, including diverse academic institutions, health research centers, & community groups, etc. The results of this research suggest that community health equity mitigation planning might be initiated by integrating community health education programs within medical &clinical trial research focused on prevention & intervention strategies. In addition, engaging in joint research & collaborating with community groups, the healthcare system, & other entities with an emphasis on the importance of trust & notion of community-oriented learning aims to strengthen the relationship between academia & the community. Choosing proper indicators enables the recognition of variations & diversity among rural populations according to adaptation strategies, while considering the community's cultural context & language-sensitive methods. Lastly, sustaining effective interventions leads to making proper feedback on challenges by designing an integrated network regarding updated public health & health equity platforms,& standard setting.
