It's 103 Sqn's annual Land Extraction Exercise. This scenario, the crew responds to a simulated small plane crash with 4 POB. In this long video you will see a bit of the search, the hoist sequence, and most importantly, the SAR Techs do the full medical and extraction. You will also see a cool, unique, and seldom used feature of the Cormorant. View discretion advised. All though none of this is real the actors do a really good job at pretending so this may trigger some viewers. Edit: I forgot to mention in the video. The reason the crew reengaged the roto rs was the transmission was starting to get warm. The rotors can only stay stationary for so long before heat builds up. This is an unofficial channel showing videos of all the hard work 103 SAR Squadron in Gander, Newfoundland, Canada does. 103 Sqn is a Royal Canadian Airforce SAR Squadron that flies the CH-149 Cormorant (AW101) helicopter in Atlantic Canada, Labrador, Northern Quebec, and parts of the Arctic. Please ask questions in the comments or directly to me and I might make a video answering them.
