This is a 20 minute morning yoga stretch practice. Part 8 of the Rise & Stretch Series of classes. This class has a particular focus on your hips. A gentle, accessible sequence to help you create more space, mobility and range of motion through all 4 sides of your hips. An ideal morning practice to breathe some space into your lower body, post 'leg day' workout or anytime you've been sitting for extended periods of time. For this class, you may wish to have a block to elevate the floor to meet your body, though it's not essential for practice.
