We don't talk enough about the inner work it takes to believe in better for yourself. Specifically in the triggering areas which might be things like money, relationships, health or more. This practice for when you're self-aware enough to know you're getting tangled up in limited thinking and fear stories and you want to shift that without gaslighting yourself in the process. This practice will help you slow down, reconnect to your body and recalibrate towards your desire, towards trusting the process and letting go of control. You'll start with a slow, mindful flow practice and end resting and breathing in legs up the wall pose. Props needed: yoga mat, blanket and a wall to lean your legs against. Prenatal + postnatal tip: If laying on your back doesn't feel good, place a few pillows under your back to elevate your heart center. Menstrual cycle tip: skip inversions (like legs up the wall) and rest in Savanna or another restful pose.
