This practice supports grounding, emotional clarity, and energetic renewal as you move into a new cycle with softness and purpose. ✨🤍 Physically, we’ll be strengthening the arms and shoulders while supporting and nourishing the bladder and kidney meridians, helping the body release stored stress, fatigue, and emotional heaviness.
