What Happened When We Skated on Campus? 😄 | Moments with Amjid 🇨🇳

Today’s vlog starts early in the morning from my apartment — or you can call it our hostel here in China. I’m joined by my Pakistani and Bangladeshi friends, and we decide to head out for some skating… but with a budget twist 😄 Instead of a proper skating rink, we try “poor man’s skating” right inside our university campus. The campus is completely empty because all the Chinese students have gone home for holidays, leaving only international students behind. For a moment, it feels like the whole institute belongs to us 😅 We grab a couple of mats and move away from the hostel toward the center of the campus, looking for the perfect slope. But the snow isn’t dry enough, and skating doesn’t go as planned. Even after trying different roads, things don’t really work out — until my friends come up with their own creative jugaar method. There are laughs, jumps, a few successful slides… and then one painful fall. Thankfully, nothing serious happens, but the mood changes, and we decide to head back to the hostel feeling a little disappointed.
