Great stretch for your hamstrings using a yoga belt. You can use a towel or a regular belt if you do not have access to yoga props. Make sure you suck in your belly, to breathe and flex your feet. You need to make sure that your chest is out and shoulders are down and back. Again, make sure to sit upright and push out with the heels of the feet as you pull the belt toward you.
