If you've stumbled upon these videos you might be confused by the nicknames. They're actually all named after friends who claimed a pokemon! With the limitations of doing a monotype challenge in such a difficult game though, not all pokemon can so easily fit on a team, and I felt kinda bad leaving my friends as bench-warmers. So in Victory Road, I set out to use every named team member at least once! The fights are tough and varied, but mostly not too monumental that I couldn't afford to teambuild around some unconventional picks.
