Mushroom pudding Recipe Ingredients: 100 ml water ½ cup sugar 5 g china grass (agar-agar) ½ litre milk 2 tsp cocoa powder (1 tsp per bowl) --- Instructions: 1. Boil the water: Place a saucepan over medium heat and add 100 ml of water. Bring it to a boil. 2. Add sugar: Add ½ cup of sugar and boil until the sugar dissolves completely. 3. Add china grass: Add 5 g of china grass and cook for 3–5 minutes. 4. Add milk: Pour in ½ litre of milk and continue to boil until the china grass dissolves completely. Once dissolved, turn off the stove. 5. Prepare cocoa mixture: Take 2 small bowls and add 1 tsp of cocoa powder to each. Pour some of the prepared milk jelly mixture into each bowl and mix well until the cocoa powder is fully combined. Set aside. 6. Prepare plain milk jelly: Take 2 small glasses and pour in the remaining plain milk jelly mixture. Allow it to cool completely, then refrigerate all four jellies (2 plain and 2 cocoa) for 1–2 hours, or until set. 7. Assemble the mushroom jelly: On a serving plate, lightly dust some cocoa powder. Gently unmold the plain milk jelly from the glass and place it upside down on the plate (this forms the mushroom stem). Insert a toothpick on top at an angle for support. Carefully place the cocoa jelly on top to form the mushroom cap. 8. Serve and enjoy!
