Mustard Oil : 1 tbsp 3. Dry Red Chilli : 1 4. Fenygreek Seeds (Methi) : 1/4th tsp 5. Cumin Seeds : 1 tsp 6. Green Chilli : 2 (slitted) 7. Salt 8. Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder : 1/2 tsp Preparation: 1. In a hot Kadhai, heat 1 tbsp M.Oil. 2. Add above ingredients sl.no.3-6 one after another. Saute a little. 3. Then, add chopped Cabbage and Salt to taste. Stir to mix all well for 2 minutes in high flame. Then, cover for 7 to 8 minutes in low flame. Stir from time to time in between. 4. Add Kashmiri R.C. Powder. Stir till the cabbage is well boiled and water free. 5. Put off the gas and cool it. 6. Shift the cooked cabbage to a Mixing Jar. Grind roughly. 7. Shift to a hot Kadhai. Stir in low-medium flame till the residual water is dried up. Shift to a bowl. 2ND STEP: (For Garnishing) Ingredients: 1. 1/4th of a medium sized Tomato : Chopped. 2. Curry Leaves : 8-10 3. Mustard Oil: 1 tbsp 4. Cumin Seeds : 1/2 tsp 5. Mustard Seeds : 1/2 tsp 6. Hing : 1/4th tsp 7. Melted Ghee : 1 tsp Preparation: 1. In a hot Pan, add all the above ingredients 1 to 6. Fry for 2 mins in medium flame till a beautiful aroma comes out. 2. Pour the above preparation on the cooked cabbage kept in a bowl. 3. Spread 1 tsp Melted Ghee and a few curry leaves. 4.
