Subscribe to Masala TV Recipes here: https://bit.ly/MasalaTV Quick & Delicious Surti Special Ladosh by Shireen Anwar Learn how to make quick, delicious, and authentic Surti Special Ladosh with Shireen Anwar on Masala Mornings. 👇 RECIPE CARD (Insert Here) SURTI SPECIAL LADOSH Ingredients: Full chicken (8 pieces) 1 piece Oil 1/2 to 3/4 cup Salt as required Ginger garlic paste 1-1/2 tbsp Red chili powder 1 tbsp Cinnamon sticks few pieces Green cardamom few pieces Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp Boiled tomatoes (pureed) 1/2 kg Garlic cloves few pieces Fried onion (sliced) 1 cup Baby onions (lightly fried) as required Roasted sesame seeds as required Green chilies 3-4 pieces Method: Wash the chicken pieces and marinate them with ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, cinnamon sticks, cinnamon powder, and cardamom. Heat oil and fry the chicken until its color changes. Add tomato puree, salt, and red chili powder to taste, and cook on medium flame until the masala thickens. Add crushed fried onion and fry further. Then add lightly fried baby onions, garlic cloves, and green chilies. Cover and let it cook on low flame (dum).
