Subscribe To Masala TV Recipes YouTube Channel! https://bit.ly/MasalaTV Lazeez Champein & Beef Zafrani Biryani | Masala Morning | Shireen Anwar | 13 Sep 2023 | MasalaTv @MasalaTVRecipes LAZEEZ CHAMPEIN WRITTEN RECIPE : Ingredients: Mutton chops 1 kg Oil ½ cup Chopped onion 1 ½ cup Whole spices 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp Coriander powder 1 tbsp Chili powder 1 tbsp Turmeric powder ¼ tsp Salt 1 ½ tsp Almonds ground 2 tbsp Yogurt 1 cup Ginger julienne 2 tbsp Green chili julienne 2 tbsp Coriander leaves 2 tbsp METHOD : Heat ghee in a wok, add onion, and fry on low flame until light brown, Add whole spices, ginger garlic paste, and all the dry spices with chops, fry well, add 2 cups water, cover, and cook till chops nearly done, then add yogurt, grounded almonds, fry well till oil separates and chops tender, serve in a dish garnished with ginger julienne, green chilies and coriander leaves. LACHHA PARATHA WRITTEN RECIPE : Ingredients : Flour 2 cup Wheat flour ½ cup Mint leaves chopped 2 tbsp Oil 2 tbsp Salt ½ tsp Sugar 1 tbsp Garlic powder 1 tsp METHOD : Mix all the ingredients together except mint, add water to make a dough, make small balls, roll, spread with ghee all over, cut a slit as shown, roll as shown, press gently, roll into a roti, sprinkle mint, press with the rolling pin, cook on a tawa adding ghee, serve with chops. BEEF ZAFRANI BIRYANI WRITTEN RECIPE : Ingredients : Beef boti 750 gm Oil ½ cup Ginger garlic freshly chopped 2 tbsp Black pepper crushed 1 tsp Cloves 8 Bay leaf 1 Green chilies chopped 2 tbsp Salt 1 ½ tbsp Chicken powder 1 tsp Water for pressure cooker 2 cups Yogurt Zafran Layer : Yogurt 1 cup Milk ¼ cup Zafran ¾ tsp Allspice powder 1 tsp Orange color a pinch Zafran essence ¼ tsp Ingredients for Layering : Grated ginger 2 tbsp Whole green chilies 8 Cumin seeds 1 tbsp Clarified butter ¼ cup Rice boiled 750 gm Clarified butter for topping Zafarani garam masala 1 tbsp Ingredients for Rice : Rice boiled 750 gm Black pepper ½ tsp Cloves 4 Bay leaf 1 Cinnamon 1 White cumin seeds 1 tsp Star anis 1 Salt 2 tbsp METHOD FOR BEEF : Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add beef, fry for 5 mins, add ginger garlic, fry for another 5 mins, add whole spices, salt with water, and pressure cook till meat is tender and 1 cup water should remain.
