This practice can also promote the release of feel-good chemicals like dopamine and endorphins, and it will give you time to reconnect to your mind, body, and breath. How to use: Find a comfortable spot, drop in, and hum along. Try not to worry about how you sound and try not to give much attention to any judgements that arise. For this exercise, it doesn't matter what pitches you sing, if you're in tune, or what your tone is like. All that is required is your presence. Just being here and allowing your voice to make a little sound is enough. Your voice is enough as it is today.
