The Tlemcen gondola lift linking downtown to the Lalla Setti plateau had been out of service for 4 years and was recommissioned at the beginning of November 2018. The rehabilitation conducted by POMA was accompanied by the inauguration of a new "Yahia Bachir" bus station. The gondola lift was long awaited as it represents a means of transport with high added value for Tlemcen, a major tourist center. These projects aim to improve the citizens’ transport conditions and are part of an overall plan to build 84 stations throughout the territory, 73 of which are already operational. La réhabilitation orchestrée par POMA s’est accompagnée de l’inauguration d’une nouvelle gare routière "Yahia Bachir". La télécabine était attendue, car elle représente un moyen de transport à forte valeur ajoutée pour Tlemcen, pôle touristique par excellence. Ces projets, qui visent à améliorer les conditions de transport des citoyens, s’inscrivent dans un plan global de réalisation de 84 stations à travers le territoire dont 73 sont déjà opérationnelles.
