Each portion contains over 60g of protein while staying rich, creamy, and satisfying. And… it reheats perfectly! Ingredients (4 servings) 🥩 Proteins & Basics 600 g (1.3 lb) lean ground beef (not 800 as mentioned in the video, small mistake) 150 g (¾ cup) dry red lentils 320 g (11.3 oz) penne (dry) (use whatever pasta you like) 🧅 Sauce Base & Dairy 1 medium yellow onion 5–6 garlic cloves 400 ml (1⅔ cups) tomato sauce 200 ml (¾ cup) beef broth 150 g (⅔ cup) plain Skyr (0–0.2% fat) 100 ml (⅓ cup) low-fat milk (1–1.5%) 1 teaspoon cornstarch 🌶 Spices & Flavor Boosters 2 teaspoons garlic powder 1½ teaspoons onion powder 1½ teaspoons smoked paprika 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning (Mine is a mix of oregano, basil, marjoram, rosemary, savory, thyme, sage) Salt, to taste Black pepper, to taste 1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional but recommended) 1 tablespoon tomato paste 1 tablespoon olive oil 🧀 Toppings (optional) Grated Parmesan or Pecorino cheese Fresh basil leaves Steps 1. Cook pasta and lentils separately 2. Brown beef with seasoning 3. Build tomato sauce 4. Add beef and lentils 5. Stir in Skyr cream off heat 6.
