Chaat masala for sprinkle Oil for fry Method: Mix all the ingredients of kebab and shape them coat them with egg and bread crumbs on griddle, add kabab and fry them until golden add cooking oil and toast the bun as well on bun add potato kebab, green chutney, raita, onion,chaat masala, tomato and top with another bunadd oil again fry bun kabab and serve with tomato raita & green chutney. Daal Murgh: Ingredients for the Chicken, Chicken 500 gm Oil 1/4 cup Onions, sliced 2 Ginger garlic past 1tbsp Salt to taste Turmeric ½ tsp Red chili powder 2 tsp Coriander powder 2 tsp Tomatoes, chopped 3 Whole Garam masala 1tbsp Gram lentil boiled 1 cup Green chilies 4-5 Green coriander for garnishing For the Tadka Oil 1/2 cup Onions, thinly sliced 2 medium Cumin seeds 1 tsp Dried red chillis 4 Method: Boil then gram lentil .then heat oil ina pan and fry onion then add ginger garlic,all spices and chicken and fry well .now add chopped tomatoes and leave on dum for 15 minutes .then add gram lentils and add 1 cup of water .then add gram lentil and cook again 20 minutes on low flame .now add green chilies and green coriander and stove off .finally heat oil and add all tarka ingredients and do the tarka on gram lentls and serve .
