Standing Pilates Full Body Workout for Seniors and Beginners | Do With and Without a Chair Join me for a full body standing workout to increase mobility, flexibility, balance, strength and confidence. This is the perfect workout to do regularly if you want to improve balance, build strength in your legs and hips and improve your posture. It is also ideal if you want help with fall prevention. This session contains movements that are ballet inspired to strengthen the ankles, legs, hips and glutes as well as exercises to strengthen your arms, shoulders and back. Build confidence using the chair and progress to using without chair if, and when you feel ready. There is no rush, just keep popping back and practicing.
