Another day exploring the WEST COAST of Scotland, this time we head North of Ullapool for the day and head to a remote part of SCOTLAND, where we hike up through a valley to visit what is known as the BONE CAVES .... which was formed over 200,000 years ago, before the landscape changed by the last ICE AGE which ended around 15,000 years ago. In 1889 Geologists uncovered remains of arctic animals including POLAR BEAR ... how amazing! This hike was so peaceful and tranquil as we headed up though the Scottish mountains, with just the sound of water, we truly felt like we were in the middle of know where .... the views got better as we started to climb up to the BONE CAVES it was truly a beautiful and peaceful experience enjoying both history and nature.
