BREATHTAKING Waterfall, ABANDONED mine, SKI Resorts HIDDEN GEMS Cairngorms To The Scottish HIGHLANDS

Come with us as we take our roadtrip from the East coast of Scotland, through the Cairngorms National Park, to the West coast of the Scottish Highlands. Although we were not fortunate to have snow on this trip ... we still took the opportunity to pass through Glenshee and Lecht ski resorts, aswell as stopping off for a couple of walks at some beautiful locations along the way. We visit the beautiful Lecht mine which is not far from th ski resorts and only a short 1mile walk up through the valley, to see the beautiful old mining building restored, it was so peaceful and just what we needed after being sat in the car for over a hour! We carry on and take the scenic route, all though the cairngorms, admiring the beautiful mountain roads, the landscape & how quiet the roads were. After another couple of hours we stop again at the beautiful Rogie falls in Strathpeffer to admire the scale of this large waterfall and enjoy just being in the outdoors. It was quiet so it really gave us time to take it all in and admire. Another hour or so back in the car to the Scottish highlands West coast where we will check into a beautiful stone bothy style building near Ullapool with lochside views ......... (we have been looking forward to this for over 6 months when we originally booked) SO EXCITED!!!
