WE ENJOYED OUR NIPA HUT COFFEE SHOP CHISMIS! Really a wonderful experience exploring the coast of Zambales all the way up to Pangasinan. And to start the day, we were surpised to find a 24 hour nipa hut coffee shop right along the highway! Kopi Kubo Kollective is such a vibe... and the perfect place to enjoy brewed coffee and make a lot of chismis! Yup, nothing like some highway chismis in the Philippines! In this video, we motor along the coast of Zambales all the way to Pangasinan. Along the way, we meet many friendly Filipinos, find out more about salt making, the names of places, and even get lost in the middle of a forested dirt road. This was an awesome Philippines province motor adventure day... Always little surprises motoring around the Philippines!
