This short somatic flow explores the Earth element through pelvic movement — slow tilts, spirals, sways, and grounded transitions designed to support stability, embodiment, and nervous system regulation. The movements are offered in multiple shapes and orientations — seated, squatting, cross-legged, and lying down — allowing the body to experience support, weight, and connection to the ground.
