In this video, I start you with some standing roll downs to set the body up, 4-point kneeling work, thigh stretch and strengthening, core activation, and lastly finish our session standing. This is an EXPRESS session, it’s really just to get you moving, tapped in with your mind & body, on track until you can get back in my classes, and to get a taste of how I teach my classes if you havent trained with me before!
