It is the Gemini Full Moon! In this sequence, we’re releasing any tension in our hands, arms, and shoulders. The props you’ll need is a bolster and block. If you don’t have a bolster, you can use a couch cushion or maybe a rolled-up blanket. For blocks, you can use a big book. Each astrological sign rules a part of the body and with Gemini, it’s the hands, arms, shoulders, and lungs. The planetary ruler for Gemini is Mercury which is the planet of communication. We not only communicate with our mouth but also our hands with our gestures but also through typing and texting. So for the purposes of this practice, we’ll be connecting to Gemini’s energy which I think is mostly correlated with the throat chakra. Today’s practice was borrowed from one of Spirit Daughter’s Moon Workbooks with my own mini variations.
