Ingredients: Butter 1 tbsp Cinnamon 1-2 Pepper corns 1 tsp Ginger(finely chopped) 1 tbsp Bell pepper 1/2 Lrrot 1 cup all purpose flour ½ tsp salt to taste lemon juice 1 tsp cream 1 tsp Sugar ½ tsp Method: 1. Add some butter in a hot vessel and when it starts melting add cinnamon sticks, pepper corns, ginger and sauté it. 2. Now add bell pepper pieces, carrot pieces, sugar, all purpose flour and mix them. 3. Add water, salt and let it boil for 5min on slow flame with lemon juice. 4. Once the carrots become soft switch off the flame and transfer into a blender to make a fine paste. 5. Strain out and take out the water. 6. Let it simmer for 2-3 min again and add salt if needed. 7. Switch off the flame and serve hot in soup bowl with little cream on it. 8. Can be served with noodles, bread toast or French fries.
