Prepare the Vegetables • Wash and slice the cucumbers thinly (peeled or unpeeled, as preferred). • Thinly slice the red onion. • Roughly chop the fresh dill. 2. Make the Dressing • In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dark soy sauce, pickle juice, and minced garlic. • Season with salt and pepper to your taste. 3.
