While I have been successful at supporting clients in reducing endometrioma size & growth, I will say that endometriomas are one of the most challenging aspects of living with endometriosis. What are Endometriomas? They are cystic lesions that stem from the disease process of endometriosis. They are most commonly found in the ovaries. Endometriomas are filled with dark brown fluid and are sometimes called "chocolate cysts” or” ovarian endometriosis cysts". The presence of endometriomas indicates a more severe stage of endometriosis.
