The video was the presentation, “The Hong Kong Growth Study 2020: The Findings and Recommendations”, by Prof Tony NELSON, Department of Paediatrics, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, School of Medicine, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen, at the Briefing Session : The New Local Growth Charts of Hong Kong Children on May 31, 2024. Hong Kong Growth Study 2020 aimed to recommend and design a set of updated growth charts on weight, height, BMI and head circumference for Hong Kong children. It is a jointed project conducted by the Department of Health of HKSAR Government, Department of Paediatrics of the Chinese University of Hong Kong and the Department of Department of Paediatrics and Adolescent Medicine of the University of Hong Kong. The project was supported by the Health Medical Research Fund of Health Bureau HKSAR Government in 2018.
