Here is the first addition to the Dr. SPF (Sugai’s Premed Forum) where I will be posting recorded talks with students from all over in order to inspire, motivate and guide those interested in entering medicine. I review my journey from my roots in Hawaii and go over some advice for applying to medical school. I also hope to impact those already in medical school and need advice with residency applications and interview skills.
