I want you to experience the magic of being in the water through our videos. That is why we don't take sponsorship deals. We don't ask you to buy our products or services. We don't want you to get distracted and lose the magic. If you really want to improve your aquatic skills, we only ask one thing: click the link below. But before you do! Here are six reasons you might not want to: 1- We will offer content that is NOT FREE (Although very affordable). 2- You'll have to read. 3- We don’t always get straight to the point. 4- Some of our stories might make you uncomfortable. 5- You’re just a casual viewer and NOT REALLY into swimming. 6- We’ll ask for your REAL e-mail. Still interested? Here is the link: https://skillswimming.com/members-sub... Thank you! We did some tests to see which thought made us swim faster. When swimming at maximum speed there usually only room for one thing, the rest must come naturally. The first test was to think about moving your arms as fast as possible. The second was to think about maintaining the best possible swimming technique. The third was to think about kicking as fast as possible. 5 different swimmers, each with differences in techniques and swimming levels. To be honest, I was thinking that the thought that would lead us all to swim faster would be the third one, the kick. I was completely wrong, but the activity served to learn 2 extremely important things about swimming. Raul, Eliseo and I swim faster when we think about maintaining the best possible technique. This demonstrates the point we have been making since the previous video. Just because you swing your arms fast doesn't mean you'll swim faster. Sometimes focusing on creating tension correctly underwater is more important. Especially if you have become familiar with the correct swimming technique. But what surprised me the most is that… 00:00 - Fast Thoughts 01:13 - Your thoughts change your swim speed 01:49 - Swim Quietly 02:34 - Hand Acceleration 03:31 - Theory is nothing without practice Our dry-land channel: / @swimmingdrylandbyskillsnt Swimming camps: https://skillswimming.com/swimming-camp/ If you like swimming, you will like our webpage: https://skillswimming.com/swimming/ Our favorite Amazon products: http://bit.ly/SkillsNAmazon Instragram: / skillsntalents Facebook: / skillsntalents Thanks for watching!
