If you enjoy cooking Pakistani food and are looking for recipes, videos of LIVE shows, totkas, and other food stories in both Urdu and English, subscribe to this YouTube channel or go to our Website: https://www.masala.tv/ #MasalaTV #Food #MasalaRecipes #Recipe #EveningWithShireen #ShireenAnwar#Dawat #AbidaBaloch #Lazzat #SaminaJalil #FlameOnHai #IrfanWasti #Tarka #RidaAftab #MehboobsKitchen #MehboobKhan #FoodDiaries #ZarnakSidhwa #Breakfast #Dinner #Lunch #Chef #Cooking#Baking #Eating #KarachiFood #FastFood #DesiFood ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ MADRASI FRIED CHICKEN Ingredients Chicken ½ kg Ginger garlic paste 1-½ tsp Salt 1 tsp Chili powder 1 tsp Oil for frying Ingredients for Batter Flour 4 tbsp Corn flour 1 tbsp Turmeric ¼ tsp Lemon juice 1 tbsp Salt ½ tsp Crushed red pepper ½ tsp Carom seeds ¼ tsp Vinegar 2 tbsp Soy sauce 1 tbsp METHOD Boil chicken with ginger garlic, chili powder, salt and ½ cup of water till done, make batter with all the given ingredients into a thick paste using water, dip boiled chicken in batter and deep fry till golden, serve with any salad and chutney. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ GOBI GOSHT Ingredients Mutton ½ kg Onion chopped 1 cup Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp heaped Salt 1-½ tsp Chili powder 2 tsp Coriander powder 2 tbsp All spice 1 tsp Turmeric ½ tsp Green chilies chopped 4 Oil ½ cup Yogurt ½ cup Tomatoes 2 chopped Cauliflower florets 2 cups Coriander leaves ½ cup METHOD Heat oil, add onion, fry till golden, add ginger garlic paste, dry seasonings with ¼ cup water, fry, add mutton, fry well, add chopped tomatoes, yogurt, fry well until tomatoes tender, add 2 cups water, cover and cook till mutton nearly done, then add cauliflower florets, cook on very slow heat, when cauliflower is soft and 1 cup gravy is left, add coriander leaves, green chilies, allspice, leave it on dum for 5 mins, serve with roti. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ TOMATO CHUTNEY Ingredients Tomatoes sliced ½ kg Mustard seeds 1 tsp Cumin seeds 1 tsp Crushed garlic 1 tbsp Salt 1 tsp Crushed red pepper 1 tsp Nigella seeds 1 tsp Sugar 4 tbsp Vinegar ¼ cup Ginger finely chopped 2 tsp Curry leaves 15 Oil ½ cup METHOD Heat oil, add curry leaves, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, onion seeds, then add chopped ginger garlic, fry for 2 mins, add all the remaining ingredients, cover and cook till tomatoes tender and oil comes on top.
