If you enjoy cooking Pakistani food and are looking for recipes, videos of LIVE shows, totkas, and other food stories in both Urdu and English, subscribe to this YouTube channel or go to our website: https://www.masala.tv/ #MasalaTV #Food #MasalaRecipes #Recipe #EveningWithShireen #ShireenAnwar#Dawat #AbidaBaloch #Lazzat #SaminaJalil #FlameOnHai #IrfanWasti #Tarka #RidaAftab #MehboobsKitchen #MehboobKhan #FoodDiaries #ZarnakSidhwa #Breakfast #Dinner#Lunch #Chef #Cooking#Baking #Eating #KarachiFood #FastFood #DesiFood #Desi #RecipeHomemade #FoodTube #Yummy #Foodie -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Chicken dumpukht biryani Ingredients Chicken 1 kg 12 pcs Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp Green chilies 6 finely chopped Brown onion grinded ½ cup Turmeric ½ tsp chili powder 2 tbsp salt 1 ½ tsp Yogurt 1 ½ cup Coriander leaves finely chopped ½ bunch Mint leaves ½ bunch All spice 1½ tsp biryani masala 2 tbsp heaped plums 10 Method for chicken Marinate chicken with all above for 2 hours. ingredients for rice rice soaked and boiled with 750 gm salt 3 tbsp, mixed whole spices 1 tbsp other ingredients for biryani oil ¾ cup orange color pinch mixed with milk ½ cup blended tomatoes 4 green chilies whole 6 brown onion ½ cup ghee ¼ cup mixed with cream 2 tbsp Method heat ½ cup oil in a pan, add marinated chicken and cook till chicken half done, add blended tomatoes with bombay biryani masala, all spice powder, leave it on dum till done. to assemble put oil on the base of a pan, put half chicken on base, then rice layer, brown onion, then chicken, then rice, top with color, brown onion, coriander and mint leaves, ghee and cream mixture, leave it on dum for 20 mins, serve hot. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rose Kheer Ingredients Milk 2 liter Rice ½ cup boiled and mashed Sugar 1 cup Almonds and pistachio ½ cup White rose essence ½ tsp heaped Yellow color ¼ tsp Khoya ½ cup Method Cook milk add in boiled and mashed rice, cook for 10 minutes, add sugar, cook for another 15 minutes, add Khoya, yellow color, lastly add rose essence, almonds and pistachio, remove, serve chilled. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Blue berry mint lemonade Ingredients Ice cube as required Lemon 2-3 Sugar ground 1tbsp Mint leaves as required Salt ½ tsp Blue berry essence 2tbsp Method In a blender add sugar , salt, mint , lemon juice, and blue berry and blend well , lastly add ice and serve. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Balti Kabab Ingredients Beef mince ½ kg Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp Green chilies (chopped) 4 Coriander leaves (chopped) 2 tbsp All spice ½ tsp Chili powder 1 ½ tsp Salt 1 tsp Cardamom powder ½ tsp Roasted gram flour 2 tbsp Mace (grinded) ¼ tsp Nutmeg (grinded) ¼ tsp Egg 1 Banaspati (palm oil based) as required Method Marinate mince with all the given ingredients and chopperize well, well your palms, make into muthee. Heat Banaspati (palm oil based) in a frying pan and shallow fry the kababs, serve in a balti with chutney and raita.
