Ingredients 1 cup of Self-Rising Flour 1 teaspoon granulated sugar a pinch of salt 1/2 cup heavy cream heated to about 100 degrees F 1-2 tablespoons of salted butter Note: 1 cup of all-purpose flour with 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon of salt can be substituted for 1 cup of self-flour. Directions Heat the oven to 425 degrees F or the air fryer to 400 degrees F. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, mix one cup of self-rising flour, one teaspoon of sugar, a pinch of salt, and one cup of heavy cream heated to about 100 degrees F. Stir with a spatula or the end of a wooden spoon until well mixed. Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup sprayed with cooking oil, scoop the biscuits to a baking tray. Reshape the biscuits as needed. Place in the oven for 10 - 12 minutes or in the air fryer for 8 minutes. The internal temperature should be about 195 degrees F.
