Court records from Bexar County show Diagne’s ex-wife filed for divorce in 2022, alleging cruel treatment. A judge later granted her sole custody of their children after Diagne failed to appear for a hearing. Meanwhile, federal agents executed search warrants at homes tied to Diagne in Pflugerville and Del Valle, collecting evidence as the investigation continues.
