Seasonal workshops and retreats - https://buytickets.at/theexhaleawakening We're glad you're here. Sharyn and Marie - http://theexhaleawakening.com/ More about the session Pause. Arrive. Let everything be exactly as it is. A gentle guided breath awareness leading into nourishing silence. In this session, you’re invited to settle into the surface beneath you — whether seated or lying down — and simply notice. Notice the points of contact between your body and the ground. Notice whether you’re comfortable. Notice what is present in your body without needing to fix, analyse or judge. From there, the attention moves softly to the mind. Is it busy? Is it quiet? Either way, it is described as “absolutely perfect”. You are reminded that arriving from a full day can take time — and that time is allowed. The breath becomes the anchor. There is no technique to master and nothing to change. Just noticing the inhale and the exhale. Observing where the breath is felt in the body. Gently returning whenever the mind drifts. The session closes with a period of silent rest, followed by a simple reflection: how did silence feel? Long? Fleeting? However it was — it was right.
